Through its programs and activities, the Arab Society aims to raise community awareness of the abilities of persons with disabilities by implementing inclusive activities—activities that bring together persons with and without disabilities. These activities contribute to and support the participation of persons with disabilities in social life, while also strengthening their resilience and Jerusalemite identity. Through this program, the Society also seeks to familiarize service providers with the inclusive approach in order to apply it within their institutions. The program includes the implementation of inclusive community activities in the fields of sports, inclusive psychological and social release sessions, as well as the development of vocational and technological skills for persons with and without disabilities in areas such as media, sewing, and technological empowerment.
