The Arab Society for persons with disability was established in 1982 by people with physical disabilities and officially registered for the ministry of social development in Jordan under the name “Arab Society for handicapped.” The organization’s early development was significantly supported by numerous public figures from Jerusalem, each with a diverse range of professional backgrounds. Strategic Objectives
The strategic plan of the Arab Society, titled “Resilience and Rights,” was approved in February 2020. At that time, it was agreed to develop an action plan to implement the contents of the strategic plan.
